PHYSICAL

You cannot build a solid house without the right foundation. In this section, we focus on body-mind health, which is essential for staying grounded, centered, clear, and present.

Each week, you’ll receive a gentle mind-body routine that includes yoga, breathwork, and Qi Gong—specifically designed to help you clear trauma and open energetic pathways in the body.

  • How much time a week will I need to do this program?
We recommend spending around 2- 4 hours each week to engage with the material in-depth. Bernhard Guenther

Bernhard Guenther is a psycho-spiritual researcher, teacher, and guide whose work explores the deeper architecture of reality and the evolutionary challenges facing humanity at this critical threshold. With over two decades of intensive study and inner work, his path integrates esoteric wisdom, depth psychology, trauma healing, shadow integration, and a clear-eyed understanding of hyperdimensional forces that influence human consciousness.

Raised in Germany and based in the United States, Bernhard’s awakening was catalyzed by profound initiatory experiences that pierced the veil of consensus reality. This set him on a lifelong quest to uncover the hidden mechanisms behind suffering, spiritual deception, and the manipulation of human perception.

He is the founder of Piercing the Veil of Reality, a platform dedicated to guiding sincere seekers through the labyrinth of personal and collective transformation. He also co-hosts The Cosmic Matrix podcast with his wife, Laura Matsue Guenther, where they delve into in-depth conversations on embodiment, spiritual warfare, psychological growth, esoteric wisdom, and navigating the complexities of our times.

Laura Matsue

Laura's journey began when she went through several "dark nights of the soul," which led her to seek help in the mainstream medical system, where her complex trauma was medicated by the psychiatric system, leading her to feel worse than before. 

After struggling with trauma and addiction for almost a decade, she had a profound awakening experience in 2012, which led her to the spiritual path. This experience brought her towards a daily yoga and meditation practice where she continued to have profound experiences of a higher power, which led her to travel the world in search of various spiritual teachings and alternative healing methods.

Since then, Laura has studied various Western psychological and Eastern spirituality modalities. Her main interests are psychospiritual and somatic therapies, Jungian psychology, psychosynthesis, and evolutionary astrology, and she is also a student of Tibetan Buddhism and somatic meditation.  

She has studied Compassionate Inquiry (with Gabor Mate), psychosynthesis coaching & evolutionary astrology (with astrologer/therapist Mark Jones) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (foundational program). She also works with various somatic and psycho-spiritual therapies in an embodied and trauma-informed approach. She is also a certified teacher (200hr) of yoga and meditation teacher and a certified holistic counsellor. 

She calls this "psycho-spiritual coaching" as she works with the whole body/mind, soul, and spirit.

She has hosted courses, retreats, and workshops with Bernhard, and they have coached hundreds of people over the past five years in their work together.
